Welcome to the Children Church
The Greenhouse is Mavunos children ministry. This is the most important ministry of the church as the future of the church lies in the hands of children! Our desire is to lead children to desire the deeper fun of intimacy with God. In the process, we believe that the children are ministers of the gospel, as they have talents and abilities that they can be nurtured to bless the church and wider community
We make service happen for our children, through a fun- engaging environment that children will not want to miss! The children love the upbeat atmosphere and energetic worship experience specially tailored to their age group.
We normally have 2 services which run concurrently with our Main Service i.e. 9am and 12noon every Sunday.
During these services we have Praise and Worship where we have action filed music, community time that is filled with games and an intro of our visitors and finally a bible oriented message. These designed to help them navigate the exciting, yet awkward journey of childhood.
The children will join a small-group discussion that will help break down the message through crafts and memory verses. Ultimately, they will leave better equipped for another week of real children challenges.
Our goal is to develop our Green House children into men and women who fear and love God and are willing to be used by Him to transform their generation.

Children Services
This is often referred to as the Junior greenhouse. It comprises the creche area designed for the nursing moms, a class for 2 year olds, 3 year olds and 4 year olds respectively. The 2,3 and 4 year old services are designed to communicate to the kids.
Through songs and captivating bible stories, kids are imparted with the basic foundational teaching of old testament and new testament characters as well as moral teaching from scripture. The teachers rely on use of teaching aid, sermon illustrations and other techniques that teach bible stories with elementary relevance and precision.
This is reffered as the Senior Greenhouse. It comprises a main service with praise and worship, service hosting, sermons and classes for 5yrs, 6yrs, 7yrs, 8yrs and 9 yrs.
The classes have two teachers each who teach and remind the kids the topical sermon of the month and the accompanying verses. it is the largest segment of our Children’s Ministry and seeks to impart bible truths, moral teachings and inculcate the virtue of service in the life of the kids.
Senior greenhouse provides an opportunity to learn Gods word, engage with other kids and participate in getting to put together the children’s service.
This is referred to as the 3D INFERNO. It stems from the story of the three Hebrew boys, Shadrach, Meschach and Abednego in the book of Daniel cast into flames by king Nebuchadnezzar of ancient Babylon. Its a special class for the pre-teens between the ages of 10-12 yrs. This service is designed to cater to the unique needs of this age group, caught between childhood and adolescence.
The sermons take into account the dilemma of this age group; they want more freedom, but the can handle only so much. 3D is delivered in an a fun, energetic way with spiritual significance and fiery passion.
